Capture only the evidence needed to distinguish success, failure, and unknown outcome.
Useful evidence
Operation identity, adapter and target identity, before/after observations, console and stack information, relevant DOM changes, screenshot when needed, exit state, and artifact references.
Recovery
On service-worker, browser, or daemon restart, reconcile durable identities with current browser/process state. Observe uncertain effects before retry.
Not required
A generalized telemetry architecture is not a prerequisite. One ordinary trace that exposes the current failure is enough to repair the current failure.
